9-10 day luteal phase. Normal?

Okay so my luteal phase is NEVER longer than 9-10 days. Is this normal? It seems extremely short, and everything I’ve read says it could point towards low progesterone.

If your luteal phase is less than 12 days then it is called “luteal phase defect.” You should speak to your doctor about it because it can make conceiving a challenge.

Mine is 11/12 days and my doc told me anything under 10 is not good because it doesn't give your body enough time.
