Is it okay for a Caucasian person to get the BLM fist tattoo?

I have seen many people get the outline only, but I would want mine filled in, and I don’t want to get it until I know it won’t be disrespectful to the African American Community. The only reason I’m asking is because I’m white and I would want the tattoo filled in black for looks, but I don’t want people assuming I filled it in black to be disrespectful. Please don’t come at me in the comments.

On your hand ? Some jobs discriminate agasint tattoos. Maybe not a good idea. Someone who might be an idiot may end up thinking you are part of a gang or something. You don't need to tattoo yourself to prove you are supporting a cause. You can continue your support with out tattooing it on your self.

BLM is not a movement that belongs to black people. However you might want to understand that the image of a fist is a black power symbol. Black power is not comparable to white power; while white power movements are centered around ideals of white supremacy, the black power movement represents overcoming oppression and taking pride in the black community despite its representation in both historical and modern media. 
I would not look at someone with that tattoo in a funny or judgmental way based on the color of their skin, but I would wonder if they understood the symbolism they chose to put on their body, because while I assume most blacks are familiar with that symbolism I would not assume as much of other races.

Blm is not a trend it’s a movement. Remember that tattoos are forever. So mAke sure if you’re going to get it that it’s for the right reason.
