Uterus falling out?

Alright yall, I need some serious help. I have no insurance so a doctor is pretty much my last resort. So I’ve been on birth control for 3 months. I decided to try to skip a period and I was bleeding for 3 weeks. I finally stopped yesterday. Today, I felt like something wasn’t right. It feels like somethings out of place down there and when I go to stick my fingers in there, it’s super hard to get just one in. This has happened around thanksgiving too and it returned back to normal a few days later. I’m just scared its something super serious. I had sex today, I know I shouldn’t have, but it didn’t hurt at all. Then I bled for a couple of hours this bright red blood and now I’m done bleeding. I’m just terrified it’s something serious. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, what was the cause of it for you and how did you fix it? Help please
