Please Help what is this

This just started two or three days ago, I'm 18, sexually active but with birth control and condoms, I don't know if it's a yeast infection or something like that theres not really a smell to it (its like normal discharge like not bad), please let me know what you think it is and if I NEED to go to the doctor or if there's home remedies
