I’m writing a letter to my school about a complaint but I don’t want them to tell other faculty that I am the one making the complaint. How would I request this formally?

Realistically someone is telling someone, but I still want to put it out there I don’t want my name being tossed around and faculty potentially giving me a hard time for the complaints. ( The complaints aren’t serious as in assault or anything. Just unfairness in their system. )
