Lol @greys anatomy
This show has pissed me off since season 2 when Meredith got blown up and everyone acted like nothing happened.
Like what kind of writing is that. However I was pulled in to it because I like Meredith.. some of the writing is poor... but the characters are great. Mer is a great friend, she’s a great wife, And she’s strong, and independent. I like her. I’m honestly so proud of her like wtf. She’s a tv show character and I’m proud of her.
She’s killed off everyone I love but Meredith. Soooo, I just want to poke fun at the writer about something in season 14.
Paul, jos very abusive ex shows up. And when he’s confronted for being a POS and they’re telling him he has to face consequences, he tries to get out of the bed and FOR NO REASON SLAMS HIS HEAD ON THE BED RAILING AND DIES. I laughed so hard I almost choked on my fruit loops.
And then the next thing that’s happening is Meredith is carving out his organs to donate. Such a great friend mer. Love you.
I’m just... there really could have been a great storyline, where these two women came together and gave eachother strength to stand up to their abuser and get justice.
But then just “boink” and he’s dead and Meredith is cutting out his organs.
I have pointed out flaws in the writing since the beginning and my biggest pet peeve is her putting massive trauma in her characters lives and then just writing them like they’re not affected and don’t have shit like PSTD, and this DID get better as the show went on like with Christina’s PTSD and Meredith getting therapy.
But the thing with paul...That’s just lazy writing man... just LAZY.
And yep pretty freaking shitty that they killed Derek and when mer found good love again his dead wife came back from the dead.
Are you kidding. Give her love, a good one.
Also I’m mad that I have to turn subtitles on when hunt speaks. I swear I cannot understand that man when he talks.
