So me and my SO got the green light to start our first cycle of Femara come August (waiting on my next period to start) in the mean time I’m prepping and detoxing my body and life.

No smoking no drinking (of course). Taking prenatal daily. Stocked up on preseed. Stocked up on Pregmate ovulation strips and pregnancy tests.

What else should I do or buy to prepare for our first medicated cycle? I want to be sure I give us our best chance at conception the first time around.

We also did a sperm check on him and it came back normal💖🙏🏻
