Should I take plan b if I have kyleena?

I’ve had the kyleena iud for almost 2 years now and never had a problem. The other night I had sex and he pulled out but I was drunk so I wasn’t paying that much attention. I’ve never been able to feel my iud strings since I got it but now I’m overthinking that it moved and I’m not sure if I should take it or not?! Thank you!

You’re not supposed to take Plan B if you’re on birth control.
The iud is 99.8% effective.

Your IUD is birth control. You only take plan B if your birth control failed. Your IUD is in, which means your birth control has not failed. Being able to feel strings doesn’t really mean anything.

No. If you assume your Plan A is still working and effective, then you do not Plan B. 
But you should have a doctor confirm that the IUD is still in the correct place. 
If you want more protection, you should use a barrier method, like condoms, not another hormonal method.
