Eating chocolate?

Any breastfeeding mommas who can’t eat chocolate because it’ll make you and your babies stomach upset?? I am a chocolate lover but I have to stop eating it now 😩

That was the case with my first. I am a chocoholic, but it was worth it for my little guy. I just sucked it up and used other sweets to try to satisfy that sweet tooth.

I think thats what I have to do too. I think I have to eliminate a lot of food in my diet to see how my baby reacts because he is too gassy and looks in pain and i feel so bad 😟😟
