my underwear is constantly wet, and anytime i go to the bathroom i wipe a “puddle” of discharge out of my underwear.

i feel as if i’ve always had a lot of discharge, but how do i tell if it’s too much?

ps. it’s always the same colour (it used to change but now i’m on birth control and it’s always the same white/yellow colour and never clear)

oh and i don’t wear liners or anything except around my period (if i’m spotting) - instead i just change my underwear often
