Is slamming on brakes concerning for baby?

My husband and I went on a little road trip yesterday where someone pulled out right in front of us and he had to slam on the brakes. We were going about 35-40 mph. Should I be concerned? She’s been kicking like normal, but because my husband is so scared about it, it’s starting to make me concerned. What are your opinions?

I know it’s pretty cushioned in there, but I was reading about placental abruption from slamming on the brakes.

I have an appointment tomorrow where I will be asking my doctor, but has anyone else gone through something like that and everything was fine?
