I had an ultrasound today where she pointed out my follicles to me. I watched as she measured the largest follicles on either side. The largest on the right was 13.2mm and the left was 12mm. I am on CD12 with 5mg letrozole and there were 4 or 5 follicles on each side that were a similar size. From what I’m reading, this is not good because I should have just 1 large follicle on each side at that point. Does anyone have any experience in this and know what to expect the next step to be?
