What does it mean when your eyes hurt when you move them around?

My eyes hurt when i move them around. Side to side, up and to the sides and down to the sides. Could or be my allergies? I have been having a stopped up nose. What could it mean?

Your eyes and sinuses (and throat) are connected. All the pressure build up from you being stuffed up affects your eyes. You can massage the inside corners of your eyes at the top of your nose (where they meet) to relieve some pressure. Take a decongestant and rest your eyes. Sometimes a cold wet cloth helps too.
