Do you use just water to wash your vulva?

I always see ladies saying you should only use water down there, but I just don’t feel clean if I do?! I’ve never had any issues using soap, or anything else, I just use whatever body wash I have 🧐

This is why I prefer handheld shower heads so that I can feel properly clean without using any soaps or washes.
If that’s not an option, I use a washcloth and water.

I don’t use soaps or feminine washes. Ever since I stopped using anything but water, I haven’t had a single yeast infection.

I used Method Body Soap, it has good ingredients and makes everything smell and look fresh! Idk how people only use water. Ps I’ve never had a yeast infection so I don’t believe that theory.

I'm super sensitive down there, but I use a mild feminine wash (only on the outside) and I never have issues. I know lots of women say they only use water but for me I don't feel clean enough with just water, especially during that time of month.

Your pelvic area all three place are self cleaning my using soap or "feminine wash" you are choosing that system to mess up . So yes stopping using soap down there will at frist make you feel dirty but give it a week or so and the system should start to do it job again . Also using baby wipes can mess with your ph balance so use sparingly . Bubble bath can do the same so again use sparingly . 
I had an gyn tell me this after my frist pap . And everytime I have I've ask any doctor they have back this up . 
Ps dushing ( I know that's spelled wrong) just leads to infections because it pushes the bacteria deeper

I am the same way OP!! I can’t just use water, I don’t feel clean, especially with me being a bigger woman & sweating more at times. So, I’ve always used whatever body wash I have to wash my vulva & in between the labia & rarely any issues. There’s only a few brands of soap that have ever given me issues, so I simply do t use those brands, but all others have been fine.

Soap is bad to use cause it can throw off your PH balance and cause a yeast infection but I used to use summers eve to wash up after I had sex cause I just felt so gross but don’t anymore now I just use wet wipes

I've read that you should clean your vulva/clitoris. You just don't want anything to go inside the vagina, but even with the vulva, I never use soap. I always just use water.
