My husband and I have decided to start the cloth diaper journey! Our oldest (3 yr) is potty trained but we have a 10 month old and our third baby girl due in October! I’ve always been curious but hesitated since I was working away from home and grandparents primarily watched the girls for my husband and I. I am now a stay at home mom (yay!) and want to go for the gold! We literally just purchased this set from amazon today and it should be here Wednesday.

I have a bunch of questions that I’ve tried to answer myself by reading older posts but I figured I would just ask and see what all everyone has to say!

How many do you all have?

How long do you go in between changes? Or how long do they last?

I know that there is different types of cloth diapers, what types do you use?

How do you wash them all? Can they go in with a normal load of laundry? Or by them selves? I’ve seen the sprayers that attach to the toilets, do you use that? (We have a top loader that has a bunch of different water level settings and soiled levels)

What type of detergent should you use?

With all the different types of liners, which do you like and for what occasion? (Like overnight, just normal use)

Where do you store the dirty liners and such until you do a load of laundry?

Which brands do you prefer?

And honestly whatever other advice you have would be greatly appreciated!
