Progesterone shots
Hi all- my sweet husband (who hates needles/blood) has been giving me the progesterone shots in the butt.
He’s having a hard time with the step where you pull back on the plunger to check for blood.
Any advice? How far do you pull back? Do you have a difficult time with it?
Would love any helpful advice/words of encouragement for him. I can’t find any videos that specifically talk about this. Every one just says “pull back.”
