I would if he were in direct sun for longer than 45 minutes and if he wasn’t able to be in light, loose coverings. 
We live in Florida and aren’t huge sunscreen users.

Only if we plan to be in the sun for 10+ mins... Otherwise if we are just going in and out of the car, or just inside, then no.

Only before we’re going to be outside, which is at some point every day. I really should put it on all of us everyday, even to go back and forth to the car! 😩
