Fitness progress!!!

I am so happy and had to share! Right at the start of quarantine, I REALLY let myself fall into some bad routines

and put on 15lbs immediately. Unfortunately losing the extra pounds takes a lot longer than putting them on but I'm so happy with my 3 (ish) month progress and had to share!

Just changed my diet for the first two months and started walking more but this past month really started going hard with the exercise to get my muscle tone back!
