Went to a doc for boyfriend

And they checked my temp coming in. I was at 99.9 (don’t per ear).

Obviously they went the COVID route and said I could have COVID and to get tested.

My mind started freaking out obviously

Before arriving to doc, we were in a drive thru getting food and it’s 110 degrees outside. Can the outside weather impact your body temperature??

I went to get a rapid Covid test after and it said negative. Don’t have it or had it, my body temp was at 97.4 (done per forehead).

I already suffer from health anxiety as it is so is really messing me up.
