Today we had an ultrasound for an anatomy/anomaly scan. I am currently 18 weeks. My baby was all over the place but the ultrasound tech seemed to be doing a good job. At the end of the ultrasound she simply read out some of the measurements and said congrats you’re having a boy. She never showed us the penis. Honestly it doesn’t matter what I am having but I was still looking forward to knowing and I don’t feel sure about her reading considering my baby was in an awkward position and she never took a photo of the genitals. Would you take her word for it or get another ultrasound at 20 weeks to be sure?
