Skin/hair care regimen for psoriasis?
I have psoriasis and it’s hard to find products that aren’t going break me out, cause psoriasis flare ups, or both. I was using Neutrogena cleaners but they broke me out, so I stopped. Do you guys ha e any recommendations?? If you have good shampoo & conditioners too that would be great, I’m having a lot of flare up in my scalp lately as well.
