Any nail techs?

Hi all, I know it's a pretty weird time to be asking about this in the age of Corona, but I've been considering becoming a nail tech for the past few years and finally feel ready to start looking into the requirements and schooling needed to get licensed. I'm just wondering if any of y'all are licensed nail technicians and have any pointers (I'd be getting licensed in the state of Oregon). What do you love/hate about the job? Will add some of the work I've done on myself hehe. They are all free-handed with regular nail polish, I've never really used gel or acrylic!
