Sex pain & now more than that??

Since I got my iud a year ago when me and my BF have sex sometimes get this pain on my right side and he is pretty big so I always thought that could be the issue? But it’s been becoming more frequent and lasting for all of the sex what really sucks cuz I want that dick but my body is in pain. Then today I’ve started to get the pain without sex it’s just been there all day... should I be worried about the IUD not sitting right? Or idk what it could be, should I go see a doctor but it’s also COVID so I don’t know if I should wait or not.
