Some friendly advice for a first timer please :)
Hey! So I’m temping for the first time this cycle. I’ve set my alarm at 7am, even on days off, and before I sit up/speak/eat or drink I’ve taken my temp using a BBT thermometer. I just want to ask how important the timing is as on Sunday I fell back asleep and didn’t take it until 815am, and one morning last week I took it at around 530am as that’s when I woke up so would’ve been after my longest interrupted sleep. I don’t really understand what I should be looking for even though I’ve read as much as I can! I’m doing OPKs too and had my peak yesterday 7/7 on a clear blue digital. Any advice on what I’m actually looking for please?
