Did I ovulate?! Help!
So I had a peak(CB adv digital ovulation test) on Monday! Super excited! I wear an ava bracelet to track my temps, which I know wearable devices can be off a little.
But my temps since my peak test has been going down by .2-.4 degrees. Usually I look for 3 rising temps after my peak test result.
I’m nervous that maybe I haven’t ovulated? 😬 can anyone help with advice?
