I just finished treatment with methotrexate for an ectopic and my doctor told us we have to use condoms for the next 3 months before we can start TTC again because of the risk of birth defects. He completely understands this.***

It’s been ages since we’ve had to use condoms but this has been a problem whenever we do. He just cannot orgasm. It doesn’t matter how long we go, or what positions we use, he absolutely cannot get there. We’ve used different brands and materials with no luck.

We just finally got the okay to have sex after 2 months of strict restrictions and the poor guy couldn’t get off because of the stupid condom. I hate the idea that our sex is just going to suck for him for the next three months.

I’m thinking maybe he needs a bigger size? He’s pretty big in terms of girth, so maybe that’s the problem?

I just don’t know. Anybody have any advice?
