Fatigue??

What are y’all doing about your fatigue? I’m napping all the time but I have a 3 year old with autism also so I can’t really nap but I will just be sitting on the couch and then pass out.

I know how you feel, I've been so exhausted that I've actually gotten worried that maybe it's something more than the baby. However, I'm happy to know that it's not just me lol. Um, I'm trying to work out everyday, however, going for walks does help out alot. I downloaded this app that give pregnancy workouts by week and day depending on how far along you are. It's called PregNur.
