This is no exaggeration at all. This is my second pregnancy and im terrified for my scan today. I have severe night and morning sickness, hunger pangs and WILL vomit if my belly isn't full to the brim but have no appetite to eat. My belly is so big all of a sudden and I know its bloat but its bigger than when I was full term with my first baby.

Could it be twins? My biological father is a twin and so is my husband. But honestly I am just really scared that there will be something wrong with the scan. Does anyone else feel more scared than excited I mean I am super happy but terrified
