Low sperm count?

Question

Anyone have any tips to conceive with a low sperm count?
He had 9 million instead of 15
Doctor believes it’s his weight and he’s been put on metformin, so hopefully we’ll make it work in the next 6 months or so
His morphology wasn’t great either, but his motility was above average

My husbands count is 5 million with 1% morphology and we have been able to naturally conceive 5 times. I have two little ones and I’m 26 weeks pregnant with our little tie breaker. It’s never taken me longer than 3 months to get pregnant as I have no fertility issues. Like the other girl said it only takes one.

Omg I could’ve written this myself! My husband’s last SA showed 9 million, exceptional motility, and 0% morphology. We are doing IVF as a result of the poor morphology.

I would say u have a big chance of getting pregnant. Some females conceive with their man having 1 million or less. One sperm is all it takes. Maybe he can take vitamins tho. And you should too. Could go both ways

My husbands sperm count was 7 million and we got pregnant naturally so 9 million is good! Don't worry keep trying
