I think it was 36lbs between breastfeeding and peeing out all of the water I had retained. That was by 2 weeks post partum. I was 10 or 1lbs down from my pre-pregnancy weight.

All of it! It was so crazy. I gain 38 lbs and when I came home 28ish hours after birth I was 6 pounds away from pre baby weight. That was gone in like a week. It’s wild how fast your body changes.

First baby I love all 27 pounds by 2 weeks. 
Second baby. I love about 10 pounds every two weeks. For about 4 months before I reach pregnancy weight.

Lost all my baby weight and then some. Like I lost a scary amount of weight and had to gain back weight. So make sure you’re eating and drinking what you need to!
