I’m panicking

So a week ago I had sex with my boyfriend. We used a condom the whole time, he wasn’t even close to finishing when he pulled out and we double checked for no holes (there were none). It’s a week later and I’m having diarrhea. Do u think I could be pregnant from that or maybe cuz I had coffee before having pasta... I’m overthinking.
