Anyone else feel lost?

Question

My baby is 4 months (2/19/2020) 
I feel like she’s so bored, I put her on the couch, in her sit up chair, I’m on her play mat, w a toy and she plays w her feet etc but I feel like I should be doing more with her, I got on Pinterest trying to find ways to play with her and it’s all basically nothing, I’m not sure how I can play with her in a 12 hour day (ofc she naps and eats) 
What do you do during play time with your baby?

Walks, car rides, mat time with dangly things above him, tummy time, me laying with him and playing, reading, putting in swing and watching me cook, just talking to them, giving him toys to chew, looking at each other in the Mirror, listening to music. 
My husband flies him around the house like Superman. My arms are too weak but he loves it lol.

I also feel like my baby gets bored no matter how much we talk or play with him. Obviously that will change the more he develops. We usually play with 1-3 toys while I talk to him. I take him around the house showing him things and having him touch new textures. I noticed his favorite thing is when I’m folding laundry I’ll show him each thing and let him touch the fabric. I’ll just place him on his seat and he’ll listen to me babble about the laundry until he falls asleep holding whatever item he chose to grab from me. We also play music and I’ll dance with him. My fiancé will hold him and I’ll chase them around the kitchen. That ALWAYS makes him crack up like crazy.

Crinkle blanket is a favorite. 
Bringing objects to mouth for tasters. 
On hot days I give baby a damp wash cloth to touch and nibble. 
I place objects out of reach during tummy time and LO reaches and grabs for them.
We also do talking sessions. You can encourage baby to talk by physically touching their body when they do make sounds. Then you speak to them and wait for a response. When they respond, you touch them. Tactile feedback promotes speaking.
Favorite toys: O-ball, crinkle blanket, baby gym
