Itching during pregnancy

Hi girls so I’m only 5/6 weeks pregnant, and I’m SOOO itchy ALL OVER it’s 2/3am (uk time) I can not sleep .

My legs my feet my hands my arms my back my tummy my head my face my neck. You name it I’m scratching! It’s driving me INSANE!! what do I do ?!
