Upper lip hair?

So I've never waxed or done anything with my upper lip. It's super fine blonde hair, not really noticeable. But I've been feeling like I should but because I've never done anything before, I'm not sure the best way to do it! Please help!

I use Avon skin so soft from amazon. It’s a cream that you put on and wait a couple of minutes and then wipe off. It’s burns the hair off. I prefer it over shaving because it won’t get prickly or rough.

If it is super fine and blonde I would leave it alone. Mine are darkish, so I bleach them. I feel like they are basically invisible after that and I don’t want to shave them or wax them and they grow back darker.
