Advise on my workouts. Is it okay to skip a day?

I’ve been consistently working out for months after recovering from my ED and I’ve had problems with over exercising. 7 days a week I workout but I’d say maybe once a month there’s a day where I don’t feel like doing it and just wanna chill because maybe I did a lot that day and I’m tired for instance today I did a lot and just simply don’t feel like doing it I don’t have the energy but I feel like I’ll just erase all my progress if I skip a day and I just feel like I don’t deserve to skip a day. Even tho I really don’t have the energy. What should I do am I being stupid should I just do it and stop complaining.
