my boyfriend hasn’t seen his son since he was 1. he’s now 3. the baby mama denies him contact with his son every time he asks and blocked our numbers. we were told in order to get visitation, he would need a lawyer, which we were told would be a minimum of $2,000. there’s no way we would ever have that kind of money as we are still pretty young, have bills, car payment, debt, rent, things like that. he pays child support and has never missed a payment. i was wondering if y’all have any advice or tips on how we can go about getting visitations?? we’re in Kentucky.
