Headaches during sugar pill

So I started my sugar pill week Sunday & my cycle is on but it’s lighter compared to what I used to experience. Btw it is my first time being on bc. I’ve gotten my headaches back this week & im not sure why😩Any suggestions? I did experience bad headaches when I first started a few weeks ago but they had lightened up.
