TMI: yellow tinged snot like discharge...

Sorry for the visual but it's really freaking me out. I'm 18 weeks pregnant. My first pregnancy had none of these things. This pregnancy I'm diagnosed with SCH (the spotting has disappeared thank goodness) but now whenever I wipe after peeing I hAve extremely stringy flexible yellow tinged not like discharge. It doesn't have an odor and nothing itches down there.  Is this related to a SCH diagnosis? Or is this just another random yet normal part of pregnancy..
