Having cramps, possibly 6dpo could it be implantation?

We aren’t really trying so I just logged sex on the days he finished inside me. 
I’ve been having cramps in lower stomach and keep feeling twinges in the right side of my lower abdomen. Constipated and I’ve been having headaches the past three days. Any insight? Or is it to early to even be having symptoms?
