High Hopes?

Whelp you guys, I'm 13 days late. I tested the day my period was suppose to end and it was negative 😔.... well today ***TMI** when I wiped there was a red/brown color on the tissue, no big deal use a hygiene product go on. I went to change and use a new one and there was nothing! Wipe. Still nothing. Sooo ladies do i set my hopes high or just wait for my period 🤔
