DISCLAIMER: am 4’11. Very very short.

So when I tell you my amount of weight loss and my weight goals don’t panic lol.

So a little back story; one year I just gained a TON of weight. I felt like crap all the time. I would spiral into an eating disorder and could not drop any weight and it just was the most depressing time of my life because I didn’t feel attractive. I gave away all of my nice clothes. I dressed myself like crap because I felt like I didn’t look good. The last time I saw my sister she told me “looks like I’m not the only fat sister in the family now.” And people who knew me years ago would look at me like “wow” and I knew what they were thinking.

I started at 176 lbs. i went and saw a doctor and found out I had a medical issue causing me to gain a lot of weight and feel like crap and I was also extremely depressed and completely unaware of that. I have PCOS 👀 because of a good doctor, I am now 135 lbs.

I went out and bought so many cute clothes, and I posted on here asking if I should dress cute when I hit my next goal weight to celebrate feeling good and being healthy. Everyone said hell yeah! So it’s coming.

I am so proud of myself #1 for keeping this weight loss journey healthy, I have a nasty horrible past with an eating disorder and I only weigh myself probably every month or so. I keep it at my moms locked away so that it doesn’t become an obsession thing. I don’t body check. I have been so solid on staying mentally okay through this and that is a HUGE MASSIVE DEAL AND I WILL RECOGNIZE THAT.

I am on medication to help me, But I’ve keep up a more active life style.. pretty sure I could punch hulk in the face. I eat well, and have been for a while but this is the first time eating well has benefited me.

My next goal weight is 120, that’s where my doctor wants me to be at. But I’m just so proud and so happy. Btw my dr knows about my past with ED and has kept track of how much I’m losing and how fast. He also referred me to a psychologist and I’m on medication for depression.

So I’m going to take a shower, because I just spent a very hot morning outside tending to animals and I’m drenched in sweat.

When I get out, I’m going to put my makeup on, I’m going to put the cutest outfits I have on and I’m going to show you guys!

7hours since I posted this. I still haven’t even showered because I had to help my grandma because she got really sick, she has cancer and has ups and downs and I had to take care of her until my mom got home tonight. I’m sorry, I will get to this tomorrow. It’s something i really want to do. I’m excited but too tired now.

Can I used Lysol spray on fabric chairs?
