My baby is having Diarrhea, does this color mean he’s getting sick? Or it’s just cause he’s being breastfed? (He’s a year & 3 months)

Ok so I exclusively breastfeed my 1 year old still, from time to time I feed him food but normally just breastfeed, this morning he threw up a little (maybe cause he puts his hands in his mouth) i don’t know if he did that this time cause I was looking away but it was white, and kinda runny, kinda like how younger baby’s spit up from breastmilk, I have no idea tho

Then he had diarrhea this morning, the first diaper I changed. Now I don’t know if this color means he’s getting sick or if it’s just cause of the breastmilk, can someone help me?
