Pumping overnight?

My little guy is 10.5 weeks and is sleeping from 9pm - 4am. When he wakes at 4am he usually has one breast then falls asleep. He wakes around 7am and has the other breast. 
He feeds often through the day. 
I’m worried my supply will go down with him doing these long overnight stretches. 
Should I pump at 4am? Or what if I pump at 11pm before I go to sleep?
Or do I just enjoy the sleep?!

If he has plenty of wet / dirty nappies and is gaining weight well I would let him do as he needs through the night it won’t affect your supply during the day as he’s feeding then it just tells your body that you don’t need to make as much through the night. 
He will most likely dip in and out if sleeping a bit longer then a bit less until hes a little older  but your body can easily adjust. 
In our case my son feeds every 2 hours during the day without fail but will go anything from 3-6 hours through the night. If I woke him to try feed him he flatly refuses purses his lips and pulls his head away 😂 whereas my first would take a feed whenever you offered!  they’re all different and you will find your normal. X

If you’re worried, you can pump or you can feed him. I don’t let my baby go over three hours (I’ll let her go 4 hours once if she’s really tired) before waking her.  She usually wakes herself every 2 hours anyway. Technically if he is going that long, it can effect your milk supply.

Your supply will only dip at night during those times he doesn’t eat as the milk isn’t needed.

Our pediatrician says not to let them to that long at night - I suggest waking baby up at least once in the middle of the night.

Mine has a similar schedule and I just pump the other side at 4 when he’s nursing and haven’t had any issues with supply.

As long as baby is gaining weight well, I say enjoy the sleep!

As long as you’re not getting engorged and starting to experience mastitis symptoms, I’d say go ahead and sleep. Your body will only decrease the supply during the night. Your daytime supply should stay the same. I usually pump the other breast overnight because then I have a feeding for my husband when he gets up with her.
