Hi everyone! I need some ladies to share experiences.

I went for my first ultrasound today. I should have been 9 weeks based on the first day of my last period, but I was only measuring 6w and 1d.

I had a bad IUD experience back about 6 months ago and since then I’ve had really abnormal periods, 35-40 day cycles. So it’s possible my calculations are off because I ovulated later...but a 3 week difference? There was a heartbeat and dr said everything looks good and fine for a 6 week pregnancy. I’m just so confused and worried. I go back in two weeks for another ultrasound. Anyone else experience this or something similar and what was the outcome?

I should add I have never miscarried before and we got pregnant very quickly with our daughter, who is now almost 14 months old. So I’m just really emotional and confused right now, two weeks seems forever.

Trying to stay positive, but I can’t help but be concerned about the huge gap of a 3 week difference?
