So I have a 7 year old step son. His mother acts as if I don’t exist. She doesn’t communicate with me at all yet her son is with me all day while my husband works. She threatened to block my husband’s number if I try to contact her. Instead of her sending some money for things when we go out or snacks, she sends a tv. We already have several. He can share with his younger brother or watch the family tv. Am I unreasonable for feeling dismissed but yet expected to care for her child in my care?
