When does supply become established?
Is it 4 or 6 weeks?
I’m looking to add a few pumping sessions in but I don’t want to mess with my supply. I’m 5 weeks PP. Should I just continue nursing until 6 weeks?
I was told there is a growth spurt in there that will really help establish my supply..
