Gassy/constipated baby suggestions
My little guy has been gassy and constipated the last couple of days. He is exclusively breastfeed. I drink anywhere between 80-120 ozs of water and have increased my fiber intake the last week. However he is still have trouble pooping. He still poops but they are painful and his little face goes red.
Any suggestions on relieving pain and having good poops again for the little man.
