Did I ovulate late? I am so confused. I didn’t think I ovulated on the 26th as predicted, but 2 of my other bbt tracking apps seem to think I actually just ovulated late on the 6th/7th? I am new to bbt tracking and could desperately use some insight!

Are you taking the temp at a regular time each day for consistency? 
Were there days where the temp may have been compromised with alcohol, foods that don’t agree with you, didn’t get enough sleep (at least 3 hours before taking temp), feeling sick? There are some factors that could affect the accuracy of the bbt readings. If you took ovulation tests, I would say go off that. The apps probably just saw the first temp rise and assumed the first spike meant ovulation. The chart looks to trend higher after ovulation despite the initial spike.
I find cervical mucus a clearer indicator as it appears creamy white shortly before ovulation, tends to get clearer and more liquidy, then at ovulation gets very lubricative and has the consistency of egg whites, post ovulation it goes back to white and gets a tacky texture. There also tends to be more fluid around ovulation as well.
Cervical position is also a great indicator. After the period, it rises, the “opening”, which is closed, angles backwards, and the cervix hardens to about the hardness of the tip of your nose (there is no cervical mucous at this point).
Close to ovulation, it begins to soften, lower, angle is shifting downward, and the opening begins opening up, releasing cervical fluid. 
At ovulation, the cervix is softer like your lips, is low, pointing down, and is open to discharge more cervical fluid for the sperm to use as sustenance, a life preserver, and a method of transportation to the egg.
After ovulation, it returns to the high, closed, angled back, and firm state.
Temperature can be pretty indicative, but since there are so many factors that can alter the temp, and can’t ALWAYS get to sleep and wake up at the same time, I find a secondary reference helpful for pinpointing the ovulation cycle.
