What's better - The Depo shot or Arm Implant? HELP 😫
So I found out today I wasn't a candidate for Mirena (horrible experience ... I felt like I was giving birth) and I want to have either the depo shot or the arm implant in replacement of the Mirena.
Are both equally as good? Or is one better than the other? Also, how painful are they both, if there is any?
