Hi! I’m facing a bit of a dilemma. Due to covid my friend had to postpone her wedding until about 6 weeks after my due date. I was supposed to be a bridesmaid but I told her that now I’m not sure I should be in the bridal party. This is my first baby and there are way too many uncertainties between my due date, my recovery, and breastfeeding.

On top of that her venue is up to full capacity and I’m not sure how comfortable I’d be around hundreds of people when there is still a coronavirus outbreak and I’ll have a vulnerable newborn to go home to. She is very adamant that she wants me in the bridal party but I feel like it’s best for my husband and I to go to the outdoor ceremony and then just stay for a bit of the reception.
